Logie the yogi is an online membership program, jam packed with value for your family. You will have access to weekly yoga sessions, printable resources for your children and wisdom tips and information for you as the parent, all at your fingertips in a private Facebook group.

A great tool to keep our children calm, centred and occupied in a positive way.

The videos are up to 20 minutes in duration, making them long enough to keep your young ones engaged.  I personally recommend you joining them in the fun and learning, although they are also created to keep them entertained solo if you need to get a chore done.

Each video will have a theme and be focused on a different topic. We take into account fine motor skills and cover part of literacy & numeracy knowledge.

I have now been working for 2 years in childcare centres,  kinders and schools across Victoria delivering movement & mindfulness sessions to help young ones feel centered, empowered and be able to self regulate. All whilst having fun.
