Research has shown Water Immersion into hydrotherapy spa helps babies to improve their body systems by strengthening bones and muscles, increasing circulation and digestion, stimulating reflexes, and supporting healthy respiratory and cardiovascular development. It can also boost cognitive and fine and gross motor-skills development.

The combination of massage styles includes Swedish and Indian massage, along with Reflexology. These styles have been proven to promote relaxation, promote circulation within the body, plus reduce congestion and tension.  We offer massage as a one-on-one session or a 5-week group program.

The Wellness Room offers a range of classes, programs and workshops from varying health professionals. These include:
