Mental health surf therapy charity is running an 8-week teens surfing program starting up on Bondi Beach on the 12th of August - for those aged 14-18 years.
It's run by two mental health professionals who are also qualified surf instructors.

Each weekly session involves a group discussion on the beach regarding mental-health topics (e.g. stress management, mindfulness, relationships and problem solving), followed by a one-hour surf lesson.
It’s all completely free ✅ and is the perfect way to start 8 weeks of Wednesdays! (don’t mind the cold, we provide wetsuits and all other equipment – including boards).
