Lessons held during the School Term - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays for ages 7-12 years
We aim to :
- Develop awareness of rips and currents
- Develop breathing techniques
- Encourage athletic performance
- surf swimming and body surfing techniques
-Inspire confidence and skill in deep water
- Understand life-saving procedures, such as rescues and CPR.

Our Directions In Music team have been busy working hard since 2004 establishing a strong reputation in primary schools throughout Sydney. Our school services include school band and string programs, peripatetic instrumental programs, and specialist K-2 music programs.
We have an excellent team of musicians and tutors including a number of permanent full time program managers, as well as instrumental heads.
These staff members are active in ensuring that all school ensembles are well planned and continually developing, and that all students are demonstrating our Student Values consistently

Waves of Wellness Free Surfing Programs For Teens
Mental health surf therapy charity is running an 8-week teens surfing program starting up on Bondi Beach on the 12th of August - for those aged 14-18 years.
It's run by two mental health professionals who are also qualified surf instructors.
Each weekly session involves a group discussion on the beach regarding mental-health topics (e.g. stress management, mindfulness, relationships and problem solving), followed by a one-hour surf lesson.
It’s all completely free ✅ and is the perfect way to start 8 weeks of Wednesdays! (don’t mind the cold, we provide wetsuits and all other equipment – including boards).

Football Frenzy
Football Frenzy provides fun activities and engaging training programs for football (soccer) lovers in Sydney.
If you are looking to improve your football skills, we provide one on one and group training sessions to children and adolescents across Sydney.
We also run kids birthday parties with our new inflatable soccer field! Enjoy a birthday party with us that includes fun football games and even a present! The best thing is that we come to a location near you!
