We offer fitness classes for Teens at our small Studio on Malabar Road in South Coogee for teens aged 11-15 years, and 15-18 years.
As parents, we can all agree that sitting at a desk all day isn’t conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Our Teens Fitness Classes aim to introduce your child to the basic movement patterns in exercise, and are not only fun and high energy, but are also geared to build confidence and encourage socialisation in a team environment.
Our Teens Fitness Classes can be scaled to suit each child’s ability, so that no-one feels left out or overwhelmed. With an emphasis on fun and enjoyment through exercise, our Teens workouts are extremely popular and well attended. If your children don’t spend much time being active at home or school, it makes sense to enrol them in a fitness training programme that is carefully structured and fully supervised.
