Children’s Emotional Awareness and Mindfulness classes 5-9 years old .
In a fast paced world of technological connection this program connects your child back to their internal emotional compass and helps in communication of their feelings. The fun educational activities encourage participation as we follow the journey each week of 2 little chooks called Jazzy and Pinky. The parent / guardian is actively involved in the class and the home play book activities with the intention that the language and conversations are shared with all family members. The program is targeted to children 5-9 years old.
Tamra is qualified instructor of The Emotional Literacy and Mindfulness Academy (ELMA).
Teens Mental Health through Mindfulness and Music
A group program that utilises specific frequencies in music and toning combined with meditation and mindful breathing techniques to help teens manage their anxiety and mental health. Suitable for ages 13 - 20 years. Please contact Tamra for more information
